Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert who is on CNN and HLN's numerous platforms. In addition, she is the camera expert and co-executive producer of a TV special on the DIY NETWORK, called THE LAST HOUSE STANDING which debuted on March 30 2012. Bonnie's first book is EXTREME WEATHER, which was published by Palgrave Macmillan on January 31, 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. Three days a weeks, Schneider was also a reporter for WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. Her previous position was as the weekend meteorologist at WFOR-TV, Miami. She worked in several reporting and meteorology positions in News 12 Long Island - an all-day news cable channel - and WXII-TV - the NBC affiliate station located in Winston-Salem. When she was in New York City, she was a fill-in weatherman on The Saturday Early Show for CBS.
